GoogleFirst off I have had five home inspections over the last 30 years and by far Tim has been the best. His attention to detail and thorough inspection was beyond my expectations. After finishing he give us a complete briefing of what he documented and patiently explained in detail his findings. Then followed up with a comprehensive report with pictures and video. He is personable which a commitment to superior customer service and detailed in his inspection. I can highly recommend his services.
GoogleI am a repeat customer of Blue Ladder - and there's a good reason for it. Tim is very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, on time, friendly, and reasonably priced. He even brings coffee and snacks to the inspection for the customer! I've been very pleased with the results each time. The inspection reports were available very quickly. His online platform makes the reports and receipts very accessible and payment very easy. As long as he is in business, I will not hire anyone else!

GoogleWow!! Tim was just awesome. He was so knowledgeable and explanatory with everything he pointed out. We have unfortunately had some bad experiences with inspectors before. Not the case with Blue Ladder. There was small issues that were pointed out, but that you would never think that someone would take the time to check those things - and then there were some large ones he pointed out that actually made us walk away from that house. He was just so careful and diligent and I appreciate so much that he cared enough to point out the issues. His expertise with electric definitely saved our butts in this specific situation! Thank you Tim!! :)

GoogleI could not be happier with our choice to have Blue Ladder Home Inspection do our home inspection!!!!! They were professional, timely, reasonable and went above & beyond in their service to us. Half way through inspection we were provided Starbucks coffee, pastries, water & an assortment of nuts. Such a kind gesture. They also offer extra services should they be required. Until the day of our inspection we had never met them but had talked on the phone a couple times and even the phone conversations left such an impression! We loved our experience and would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed in the service and care you are given.

FacebookTim was so helpful to us when we needed a contractor to perform a home inspection on a condo we were in the process of purchasing. He came out within days of us contacting him, performed a thorough inspection, and provided us with video, photos, and written notes in an easily viewable report. We felt confident in his assessment and appreciated how easy he was to talk to. It was also a great help that he was comfortable around our 2 year daughter who seemed to think he was the greatest! He talked to her, showed her things, and made her feel special in what she considered to be her new room. We are done with all the paperwork now and the condo is ours. We will definitely keep him in our contacts for any future need. We highly recommend Tim.
