I've used Tim before and he is always cheerful and professional. He now has a robot for inspecting crawlspaces, which was awesome. It was able to get into spaces that a human cannot, all the while video taping in high definition so you have a complete record to refer to. Tim has great people skills and understands the concerns of home buyers and thoughtfully answers their questions. He's definitely the go-to for inspections!

He was incredibly thorough, detailed, and even turned his truck around after we were done and had decided to see if he would do one additional inspection. He literally came right back and did it on the spot! He walked the roof and went over every inch of the house. The reports were available the same day. Aside from his professionalism, he is a genuine, kind, and all-around enjoyable human! Highly recommend!

GoogleIf your reading this review, your probably looking for a house inspector that you can trust and is going to do a good job. Look no further, Tim and his wife RoAnna are awesome people that are going to take care of you. Let me tell you a little about my experience, I’m trying to schedule an inspection at the last minute, I come across them on google, there close by and all there reviews had me won. I’m sitting there looking at there schedule/calendar, and none of the dates that work for me are available. I decided to call, and try my luck, it’s was past business hours, they didn’t pick up, left a voicemail stating my situation. Like 20 mins later RoAnna calls me back asking me questions about the property, and location, she said there might be a slight chance they can squeeze me in, depending on what Tim had to say, since he does all the labor. Sure enough, an hour later they had me on speaker letting me know they will help me out and do the inspection for me. I was stoked! The fact that they were actually able to help me out, on such a short notice was awesome. Now for the inspection part, Tim knocked it out of the ball park, he did a phenomenal job. The house already had a previous inspection, done by the other buyer that unfortunately couldn’t close, because of financial issues. Tim’s inspection was so much better, hands down, the report was super detailed, with lots of pictures, videos, and comments, the software is user friendly, and easy to read, he found a lot more things that the other inspector missed, so glad, and thankful I called them. Not to mention he brings you treats, so you don’t have to wait there thirsty, and hungry while he does the inspection. Thanks again, Tim & RoAnna, you guys are amazing, god bless!

After his inspection he had a detailed portfolio on his website for us, which we have access to. That report included detailed pictures and recommendations. He took the time at the end to make sure to answer any questions for us and explain his findings. He even found the smallest things such as a couple of screws missing on an access panel. GoogleTim could not have been more incredible from start to finish. My first phone call he was so kind and great at figuring out how to get me on his schedule as fast as possible! He has an incredible website access he sets up with your own log in. I loved this feature so much, paid the invoice through it, accessed agreements to sign and save a copy of. The best part inspection reports available on there which were interactive and very comprehensive. Also an incredible tool to create a repair list for either sellers or like I did my husband after we move in. He was prompt and very communicative throughout the process. He did a very thorough job on our inspections. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
