Tim and his crew were very efficient and thorough with the inspection and took time to answer all our questions. I didn’t apply for the military discount but they went back and applied it anyways when they found out I had enlisted a few years back. Tim gave my friend’s kid a coloring book too. Great guys, would highly recommend.

He did a sewer scope, tank scan, radon test, and general inspection of the property. He did a very thorough job and discovered many items needing attention. He was professional and friendly, and he took the time to explain the issues he found with the house. I will definitely use Blue Ladder again and would recommend Tim to my friends and colleagues.

GoogleTim was great! He did the inspection for the house we hope to buy. He was friendly and professional and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He knew we were going to stop by during the inspection and set up a little Starbucks coffee and snacks station for us in the kitchen! He also had a neat little robot for checking the crawl space, he even let us watch the video live as he drove it around under the house. When he was done he sent the report immediately, and went over the highlights with us while we were there - really easy to understand. Even if he hadn't been there the report made a lot of sense, pointing out the must fix priority items, then the should get done at some point items etc. Highly recommend! Nice guy 🤩He even added on Radon testing for us last minute! We found out it needed to be done the day before we were scheduled. High value for the money. A worthy investment 😀
