We were in a bit of a time crunch to get our home inspected and he fit us into his schedule by stopping on his way home from a weekend at the beach! That kind of selflessness and consideration are unmatched. He clarified multiple questions via email before the inspection, and was very quick to respond. The home inspection itself was very thorough and easy to understand. As first time home buyers, we feel very grateful for the way the report was organized by priority and the detail that was included with the recommendations. He called us the next day to ask if we had any questions, and told us we are welcome call when we actually move if we need any help knowing how to move forward with specific repairs. It felt like we were talking with a friend instead of a stranger. If you're looking for an honest, thorough, straightforward inspection and a thoughtful, considerate inspector, Tim is your guy! We'd recommend his services to anyone!

He was diligent and detail oriented. I would highly recommend Tim for your home inspection. Tim performed the home inspection on our new construction before the official closing. He was super nice and friendly. He found a leak under our main floor bathroom sink. His reports are incredibly detailed with pictures and videos to present the issues in detail. When I mentioned a few issues like condensation in the garage wall and ceiling that I had noticed during construction (before drywall), he listened and checked it out for us. Since the house was not completely finished and there were still a lot of touch ups and finishes pending, he even offered to come back just before the closing to complete the inspection. This was super-professional and nice of him to offer his services like that. I would highly recommend getting in touch with Tim Damm from Blue Ladder Home Inspection for your home inspections needs. Tim's reviews were by far the most impressive, and after visiting his website, I was convinced that he was an inspector I could trust to perform the inspection on the house my family and I are buying. Prior to booking the inspection, I did reach out to Tim to ask some questions about the different types of services he provides. I received a very prompt response back from him. He spent 30 minutes of his time over the phone explaining and discussing which services were right for my inspection, and never tried to upsell me. His well explained answers to my many questions gave me some solid reassurance. My family and I met with Tim in person after our inspection and he took the time to go over every point of inspection that was of concern, and even many of the general issues for maintenance that we will expect to address once we move in. He patiently answered our questions and even gave my kids some coloring book packs to help keep them entertained while we discussed our results. I couldn't have been happier with my inspection, with Tim's knowledge and professionalism, or with how well organized and thorough the inspection report was.
