GoogleIn dealing with so many people when purchasing a home, we were so surprised Tim showed up on time and with a complete positive outlook. Despite Blue Ladder being in located Aloha, we had a home inspected in Yamhill County. We were so fortunate Tim had time to work with us. We bought our first home during the 1980’s so we had no idea what to expect this time around. None of our friends have had such a thorough inspection done so far. Tim even uses thermal imaging! Tim & RoAnna are extremely transparent even letting a customer know the fees & pricing to expect. Their reports are so detailed & Tim encouraged us to ask any questions. We were surprised to view multiple pictures of items reviewed along with suggestions on what to worry about or how to approach repairs. Not only that, but Tim went out of his way to offer sound advice for keeping things working in the future. Blue Ladder explains everything at the end of the inspection, following up with a detailed list of everything tested & checked. We were plain blown away with his professionalism making the entire process easy from our viewpoint. We were not aware Tim has dozens of years of experience in the home building field prior to being an inspector. Tim was totally honest stating a licensed plumber had to lift the toilet to put a scope in for the sewer inspection. Tim refunded a portion of our payment & went into detail about who to contact for this & why it needed to be done. No question…Blue Ladder Home Inspections is THE company to use.
