This was our second time having Tim do a house inspection for us, and it did not disappoint! He is such a pleasure to work with - thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and great at answering questions. He definitely wears multiple hats (licensed electrician, previous realtor, contractor, etc) so he really bring a wide scope of experience to each inspection. I was also so grateful that he brought coffee and snacks to the inspection, but more importantly he had construction-themed coloring books and crayons available for my toddler! Such a small but awesome gesture and a testament to his excellent service and kindness. We will never use anyone else for a home inspection! Thanks Tim and RoAnna!

Tim is fantastic! He worked with me on 2 houses and has helped me avoid over $100,000 in repairs. Each time I worked with Tim I was on an expedited timeline, and when I couldn't make one of the open slots on his online self scheduler work (which is very easy to use), I called and he was able to fit me in on days that I could be there with him at the inspections. He noticed details that I am sure other instructors might miss (multiple trades people confirmed this when I had them follow up on things he pointed out) and helped me determine issues that were catastrophic versus just big headaches. Both of my inspections were thorough and completed in a timely fashion. Additionally, the blue ladder website is well organized and hosts all of your inspection info under your profile - I look back on the website for reference to the inspection a ton. Final thoughts: Tim is great! Highly recommend his service! Most importantly, Tim has a great sense of humor, and we shared some good laughs through the process!
