Ontario did a half calf sleeve for me, and he is absolutely amazing! This is the second piece I have gotten from him and I plan to get more in the future. Quinn at the front desk and one of the other artists, Monea, was awesome as well, great conversation and just good people! Would highly recommend for any tattoos and piercings!

My experience at Black Cloud with Rylee was Aaaa-mazing. She was courteous, professional and personable. Great energy, great service. Although this is my last piercing in celebration of my 58th marker, I’d recommend this business to others. Speaking Numerological, there was good synergy there!

Destinee did such a great job on our piercings! There were three of us. We got a total of four piercings, two nose and two belly button piercings. Destinee explained everything thoroughly; addressed questions and concerns; confirmed placement prior to piercing; educated on aftercare; and disinfected in between each person. The tattoo artist with the light complexion who wore the Colts cap was also very friendly and welcoming. Awesome experience overall! We will definitely return!!!

The guy who did my septum piercing was AMAZING. I was a mess going in, anxiety through the roof lmao. This was my third time getting my septum re pierced so I was nervous abt how bad it was gonna hurt bc of scar tissue. He was so patient w me, talked me through it, put the clamps on before doing the actual piercing so I could get an idea of how it was gonna be. then he did it again for the actual piercing. he let me sit for a few minutes before starting to catch my breathe & relax, he stopped every time i asked him to. he was fantastic, patient, understanding. he took great care of me. definitely will be coming back here for any tattoos or piercing needs.
