Black Cloud always takes such good care of their clients! All of my experiences here have been great. Alex was awesome about comfort and made sure I understood everything about my piercing, and the whole piercing staff was super friendly and personable. Kat did amazing with my tattoo as well. One of the easiest pieces I’ve ever sat for. She has such a gentle hand and her work turned out so good!

The piercers were so sweet, so understanding, very informative. I almost blacked out and they immediately rushed to take care of me, did everything correctly. They made the whole experience SO easy and comforting!! Especially Alex. I wish I remembered the names of the two other amazing piercers .....Either way, kudos to them for being so caring!! Kasumo, the tattoo artist, made my tattoo experience extremely quick and easy. I have never been so at ease getting a tattoo done. Kasumo paid special attention to my requests, and kept making sure I was ok. She paid close care to every single detail! I am very happy with the results, and will definitely come back to her!!!

I needed a cover-up tattoo and went to Tim with a drawing. I walked through the shopping complex on the way to Black Cloud with my eyes on the ground, but four hours later, I walked out meeting people in the eye. Tim took my idea and made it real. When I was young, I thought I could change people’s minds if they knew me, but my old tattoo kept people from WANTING to know me. Now I have something of which I can be proud.

I have had AMAZING experiences with both Black Cloud in Concord Mills Mall and in Matthews. I'm a shy person and who thinks is always asking the dumbest questions. Wonderful people who talk have talked me through both my tattoo and piercing experience. I highly recommend both places. I cannot wait for my lip to heal to get the other side done.

Mari is absolutely amazing! If you are ever nervous or scared she is more than willing to take a few minutes to calm down after the freak out! I’ve gone back many times for the experience i get with Mari, and the outstanding service. She takes time to make sure you have the jewlery, placement, and piercing just right for your specific ears!
