I got my nostril pierced here, they were very professional! It was only a 10 minute wait, the piercing was super quick and easy and everyone was super nice! I’ll be coming back for more in the future :)

Came in to get a forward helix. Staff was polite and courteous. Was taken care of in a timely manner. Experience was great. Nice clean shop. Pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely visit again if I’m in the area and wanting another piercing.

I got my tongue pierced here and the staff was incredibly welcoming and nice! They gave me instructions on how to care for my piercing and I was very glad that my tongue was checked thoroughly before getting it pierced. My artist was Dom and she did a phenomenal job!

My 16 year old daughter had her ears pierced for the first time. She wanted 3 piercings in each ear but the knowledgeable people at Black Cloud encouraged her not to as her body would fight having too many piercings at once. They certainly had our best interests in mind and answered all of our questions patiently yet thoroughly. I will definitely be back.

My 7 year old asked to get her ears pierced for her birthday and Black Cloud came highly recommended. We had no wait time and Natalie was fantastic! She explained what she was going to do and was extremely patient with my daughter. Black Cloud provides an easy after piercing care guide and we've had no issues. I highly recommend Natalie at the Matthews location!

Came for a tongue piercing but the piercer didn’t feel comfortable going through with it due to my anatomy, very grateful for their transparency about the dangers of doing the piercing anyways. We settled on a septum and it was quick and easy i hardly even felt it and will definitely be back for more;)

I came to get my nose stud on the 4th of July and there was only one lady. She was very kind, very patient, and overall she was the best. When she pierced my nose, she asked before hand if I was planning on getting a hoop bc that mattered and I didn’t even know. She’s 1 of 12 people in ALL of North Carolina who is actually certified to do piercings. Would most definitely come back again.
