They were very patient very kind organized super clean. Very gentle and non-aggressive when it came to the piercings. They made you feel very comfortable. Very professional. Customer service was great. I have gotten a tattoo, an ear piercing, and my stepchild got her ears pierced as well. Will be coming back! THANKS BLACK CLOUD.

My daughter is 14 and wanted her nose pierced. I was super nervous, as she panics when she get a shot. The staff was absolutely impeccable & made this experience amazing!!!! She didn’t even complain. Very, very friendly, warm and kind staff! We adore you ladies 👌🏾❤️

Ear piercing artist was very knowledgeable, we waited just a short period of time before being seen. Which was fine because the artist took that time to prepare the area before piercing my daughters ear. She explained to my daughter what my daughter needed to do for after piercing care. The place was very clean, the artist sanitized the tools before piercing and wore protective gloves the entire time. Gloves were also disposed of after use. I highly recommend this location.

I hate to say I can remember the girls name that pierced mine and my daughter’s ears and I’m so sorry about that but she was truly amazing. It was well worth it. It’s been over a week since we’ve got our piercings done and both of our piercings are still in good shape good health and not infected whatsoever she also freehanded all of the piercings. She was truly amazing so sweet and so professional, I would definitely recommend seeing her for piercings. I’m so sorry. I cannot remember your name and I hate that but you were truly amazing with me and my daughter Izzy!!!

I been needed to.get my other half of my butterfly finished & was walking through the mall and ran across Black Cloud Tattoo and Piercing. Loved that I didn't need a appointment. Joe, who was extremely pilot and professional, took me right away. I definitely recommend him and will come back again.

The piercer Dame did an amazing job and they aren't afraid to tell you the hard truth about a piercing. If they don't think it's a good idea they will tell you and not a lot of piercers are honest like that because they would prefer money over their clients health and safety.

We got our 2nd piercing here! Jeremy was professional as usual! The mall however, didn't have the air working and it was a hit box in there! Not this establishments fault, but def something this establishment needed to address with their landlord.

Yes, THEY TAKE KIDS and it’s WAAAAY cheaper than those commercial mall kiosk/stores. Our entire experience was Absolutely FANTASTIC! From beginning to end! Our artist Erin was amazing!! She explained everything in detail and made my girls and I feel completely comfortable. They wanted their ears pierced and I got my nose pierced! She was VERY professional and the establishment is SUPER CLEAN! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Geronimo did my tattoo and I could not have asked for anyone better! His attention to detail, sketching it out, coloring it in was the first time I've had a tattoo artist take that much time making sure I liked it and even suggesting some ways to make it better.
