My daughter and I got our nose piercing done here. The shop is very clean and everything was sterilized and in individual packaging. The technician was very nice and did a great job and also guided us on after care and healing process. Two days later and there's no pain, swelling, or redness and it looks to be healing nicely.

This time around I decided to give Black Cloud a second chance. Hannah was very helpful. She took her time with all my questions and concerns. She advised me where my piercing would look nice on me. She was very sweet and took her time with me. I recommend going to see Hannah if you need your piercing done. She was awesome. Thank you Hannah.

The whole staff was very friendly and Andy did amazing work couldn’t be happier! Other shops I visited wouldn’t do the tattoo I wanted and wanted to do all this extra stuff I did not want but Andy did EXACTLY what I wanted and the quality of work was insanely good

I had a really good time getting my second piercing here. I haven’t gotten a piercing done since I was a baby and I was a little nervous. They walk you through the process and are VERY sanitary which of course I appreciated. Also include aftercare instructions which help for someone who’s never gotten pierced or if it’s just been a while. This is a photo of my piercing a few days later!

I just got my first tattoo at Black Cloud this past week, and I couldn’t be happier with my results or experience! I’ve never gotten a tattoo and was very new to the whole tattoo shop experience, so I didn’t have much to go off of when it came to choosing a place. I found Black Cloud because of their stellar Google reviews, and I can see why they have achieved such high ratings from their customers! The shop was very clean, the staff were professional and nice, and the experience getting the actual tattoos was great! It’s healing nicely and I’ve gotten compliments from others about the quality, so I’m happy and would definitely recommend! If I get another tattoo in the future, I’ll definitely stop by Black Cloud first!
