My best friend and I got nose piercings on our girls trip. This one is for Jeremy.. We had a great time just talking to him. Best hype man. Made the experience so much fun! He, is a 10/10! Of course the shop was nice, and clean. 😂😂

My daughter and I were walk-ins. My daughter got a second ear piercing, and I had old piercing done at a mall shop fixed. We were both extremely pleased with the service, friendly and helpful atmosphere. Katie was wonderful. Took her time explaining options, as well as the piercings themselves. Highly recommend.

Kaila was awesome! She made me feel so comfortable when I was a bit nervous and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She was also very clear on aftercare and gave great recommendations on products I could get. I will definitely be coming back for my next piercing and will recommend to others!

I had a much better experience here getting my nose repierced than I did getting my nose pierced 10 years ago. This process took maybe 15 minutes. This time I got to pick out a nose ring that fits my small nose perfectly. Healing and cleaning has been quick and easy. Rina at the Uptown Charlotte location was very helpful and friendly. I have recommeded friends come here based on my experience. I love having my nose ring again. It just fits my face. Thank you for everything!

Got an eyebrow piercing about a week ago and I'm very extremely satisfied with the results. My piercer (I forgot their name but they were very very cool) took the time to ask me about what placement I wanted and kept checking in to see if I was okay during the piercing. They were very clean and thurough before, throughout and after. I followed all the aftercare instructions given to me by my piercer and it's healing very very well. If I could rate higher I would, I will definitely be coming back again in the future.

Last minute stop, as I was traveling to Charlotte for the time. Store was presentable, staff were very friendly and informative on the services they offered. My friends and I had a great experience here! Diego did a great job on our tattoos and was very skilled and had us done in no time. The prices were very reasonable too, and we were able to get scheduled during the same week we contacted Black Cloud. I forgot the name of the other long haired gentleman who was with him, but both of them were great and talked to us like we had been friends for years. I definitely will be back.

I went in to get my lip piercing and nose piercing back. Had to have them out for several years due to my previous job, and I thought they had closed up, but Katy was able to get jewelry in since they were still slightly open. Big thank you to Katy!
