Had a tattoo done on my left forearm with my g-babies names. It looks AMAZING ❤️ my tattoo artist was Fabulous! The place alone was Immaculate,the staff was so pleasant and knowledgeable about everything I need to know about my tattoo. My tattoo artist Mr.Tim was so cool, make me feel super comfortable. And his work speaks for itself. I'm more than happy with tattoo, and have gotten so many compliments on it. Next time that I'm in the Charlotte NC area, I'll be coming back for my next tattoo. Morgan did a daith piercing for my daughter and Hannah did a nose piercing for me; they were both nice, fun, and very professional.

Got 3 piercings on the same ear (2 forward helix, 1 tragus) and everything went smoothly. They took time to help me design the placement and different types of piercing options. Other places I’ve gone use a fine-point sharpie marker to mark the placement. Here they used a purple type of ink that made the dots too large (imo) - the ink kept smearing and it took longer than I expected to get the markings right. But other than that it was a nice experience. Would definitely recommend!

My experience was at Black Cloud South Blvd. Erin was amazing. I wandered in with a friend looking to purchase new jewelry and left with a piercing 😬. She explained the entire process and paused after every step to make sure I was okay. I love my new piercing and have a great memory of the experience.

Brought my 6 year old daughter here to get her first ear piercing and we had a great experience. Jeremy was so kind and patient and informative. My daughter told me that she liked how he would tell her what he was going to do before he did anything. It made her feel so comfortable through her scary experience. I walked in on a Tuesday to get a second nose piercing I had a coupon from when I got the first piercing. It was quick and easy. The lady who did it was friendly. The starter jewelry was good quality and the vibe was good because of the young lady who helped me. We went to the one at concord mills.
