Anytime I need a piercing changed, this is where I visit. The staff are always friendly and professional. They get the job done quick! I’ve gotten both my cartilage and my navel rings changed with them and both experiences have been amazing!!

Curtis Cameron had availability for a walk in for me at the downtown Matthews location of Black Cloud. I showed him the design I wanted and I asked for suggestions on changes to the line work and imagery. He was professional and thoughtful and shared his expertise. He specializes in neotrad and photo realism. Cameron took his time on my design, made sure the alignment was perfect, and did an incredible job. When I asked, he also added a small detail to another tattoo I had and touched up some older work. All in all he did beautiful, clean work and was meticulous about the safety and cleanliness of his work space and provided detailed aftercare instructions. The shop itself has a cool vibe and comfortable seating while you wait. The customer service associate (who I sadly can't remember the of) was very kind and pleasant both in person and on the phone. I hope I'll have the opportunity to get a tattoo from Cameron & Black Cloud again in the future!

my piercer was so kind and sweet! i unfortunately dont remember her name, but she was so supportive and answered all the questions i had. we also had amazing comversation! i adore this place, and if i ever choose to get another piercing or get my first tattoo, i'll be coming here :)

Fabulous!! There was a bit of a wait but the piercer made me feel so comfortable & welcomed and explained everything thoroughly, which I’m sure she did for everyone. Expensive but she had nothing to do with the prices. The company’s prices are just high. Shame

I’m sorry, but don’t remember her name, but she was great!!! She repierced my ears and I never felt a thing! Very personable too! If I decide to come back and have the second holes repieced I would want her to do it! Thanks again! Donna
