I came here after speaking with Derrick on the phone about getting my ears pierced. We actually got started off on the wrong track but after some communication I decided I was coming here to get my ears pierced. I had a bad experience at the first place I tried. I came here and Maya was very sweet and made the whole experience wonderful. She really cared and was very personable and gentle throughout the whole process. Derrick is the owner and quite the character in a good way. I love the store, you can tell they put a lot of time and thought into its vibe. I would highly recommend this place for any sort of piercing you want or tattoos.

His talent and attention to detail are outstanding—so much so that I trusted him to do tattoos for both my daughters as well! Whether it’s simple or intricate designs, his artistry is amazing 🔥🔥. The ladies handling the pricing were also fantastic; they made the experience smooth and enjoyable. My wife and daughter both received services that day, making it a memorable family outing. Jeremy did a great job piercing my sons ears. Made him very comfortable and relaxed. No wait at all, we were in and out in under 15 minutes, if not less. Establishment was very clean and sanitized. We had a great experience and he loves his new piercings. Will be going back for my baby girl when I'm ready to pierce hers too.

I had a great experience here! I originally had my doubts since the shop is located in a mall, but as soon as I walked in the shop my doubts disappeared! Jeremy was extremely welcoming and did an amazing job on my piercing. Highly recommend him if you go in!

The piercer I had was Angy/Angie and she was amazing. Everything was fast and simple. She made me feel comfortable as well constantly checked up on me. Definitely recommend this one! It’s also slightly cheaper than the one in the mall! 👍🏽

If you are looking for a tattoo with detail, realism effects and colors that pop. Then I highly recommend you speak with Curtis and Diego at Black Cloud. These 2 tattoo artist set the bar really high! As you can see in the picture; Curtis and Diego captured exactly what I was after. The shading, line work and colors is phenomenal!
