Not sure why there are bad reviews. I was a tattoo artist for a few years back in the early 2000s. I was skeptical about a mall tattoo shop, but I took a chance. They do very good work. I wouldn’t trust just ANY tattoo shop to ink my face…..don’t let certain people steer you wrong. They have tattooed my face twice, and I will be back for more.

Found out about this amazing shop via Instagram! My artist was Ruby and she did a fantastic job. By far the best tattoo experience I’ve had. From the start Ruby was friendly, responsive, as well as open minded with the designs I wanted. She was patient during the consult (I’m indecisive). During the session I appreciated how much time was put into the work and that Ruby was thorough while also not using too much pressure. Getting to work with her was such a pleasure and I look forward to coming back and seeing her!!

Was awesome and easy. Called same day and was able to quickly be seen and get a septum piercing with no complications(I have reacted badly before at a different place). Piercer was friendly too!

Frankie did an amazing job, I had a piercing last year that was infected and had to remove it. When I went to Black Cloud I was a bit nervous from my last experience at a different place but Frankie was so nice. Frankie made sure I was comfortable and gave me a teddy bear to hold during the procedure. Frank did awesome and its day 6 and it looks amazing. No pain and I look great! Frankie is an amazing piercing and I will go back!

Ive gone to Black Cloud for all of my piercings and they never disappoint! Great costumer service, accepting of walk ins and quick to take you. I had to have my labret out for a bit and it began to heal, the piercer recommended a month waiting period to repierce so I decided to repierce my ears instead. They had a great selection and he was very helpful! I apologize for not remembering his name but it was 11/23/24 in the mid afternoon, so again thank you!

I am 65 years young. I had wanted a nose piercing for over 10 years. My daughter recently encouraged me to go for it. I pulled up my big girls panties and went for it. My technician was Aryana and she made the experience fast amazing and efficient. I was very impressed. My upper ear may be next🤭
