Jeremy is amazing. He is friendly never over charges (someone else did) and treats everyone with kindness and respect. I questioned him about his credentials and experience our first time and he took it in stride and answered everything with no hesitation or offense. He is clean and sanitary and does an amazing job. He’s done two piercings and I will be going back soon for a third. His energy and personality will put you at ease. I highly highly recommend him.

My friend and I went to get piercings for her birthday and she pierced was super nice! He helped us pick out jewelry and even looked at my friends current piercings and helped her decide what would look best. He talked us through each step, made sure we liked the placement, and the actual piercings themselves were minimally painful. I would definitely suggest him and go back! Service was quick, shop was clean, and everyone was super friendly.

First time coming here and honestly I LOVED the vibes from the second I walked in.. Kai pierced my girls 🫣 and she’s was very gentle and calming throughout the entire process.. I’ve had zero issues since getting them pierced. Jeremy didn’t pierce me but also deserves a shout out just due to his personality!!! ( honestly trying to figure out what to get pierced next just so I can come back LOL) Amazing team and amazing shop!!! 10/10 recommend this place!!

My overall experience was that of a super professional guy and a clean shop. I was made comfortable prior with a brief conversation concerning my piercing. He did tell me that the same side of my nose that I was piercing for the third time was the wrong part of my nose. (He knows his work). I am experiencing less pain compared to my previous times. The hook came all the way out but I put it back with so much ease because he (the guy who pierce) did tell me such could happen, so I was ready and knew what to do. Thank you although I did not ask for your name. You are amazing! Go in and get your tattoos or piercings done here, and thank me later. Be prepared to wait. Quality work requires time!

My experience here was excellent. I have came here to get my nose pierced for my birthday. I was treated nicely and had every question answered perfectly. I do recommend coming here for the best customer care and or so a beautiful piercing or a lovely tattoo. I loved the inside of the shop it has good vibes and good music. My piercer was very nice and understanding for my first nose piercing. I gotten the “small” piercing, i do recommend if you want a size that is small and cute.

I visited Black Cloud to get a nose piercing for my 17-year-old daughter 4 days ago. Although I did not have any piercing shop recommendations, I decided to entrust the well knowledgeable staff. CALEB was soooooo AMAZING!!! I would definitely recommend others to visit the Concord location!!
