I love the location and the shop was so clean and the staff was helpful and professional and this is where I gotten my 4th tattoo it was done by a great and special Tattoo Artist name, Phillip. Also after the tattoo session Phillip explained to me about my other tattoos and thanks to him I have completely understand and learned about tattoos and how it suppose to be done cause unfortunately my last tattoo artist did not do it completely right but Phillip did everything right and I will be going to him more often now.

Kaylhebb located at the concord location was amazing and has wonderful customer service. I came with a group of friends to get my tragus piercing done for my 43rd birthday. The experience was nice….he a wonderful job.

It was an amazing experience! I was very comfortable and the people there were very accommodating!! I consider myself anxious and awkward and brought friends along who are the same and speaking with the people there felt like I’d known them for years!! We came in not knowing what piercings we wanted and asked one the workers what they think and they didn’t mind conversing with us about them. It didn’t feel fake either I felt they had genuine smiles and loved helping us get the piercing we wanted. If you want to get pierced and aren’t sure or you’re nervous or anxious this the place to go! I’ve actually been to the one in Cobb and Cumberland and felt the same with both experiences.

I had a great experience. My initial nose ring was too small/short and began to sink in but when I went back 4 days later they assessed and gave me the right length and size with no issues at all! I’d def go back if I decide on any more piercing. Great customer service and clean establishment!

Was recommended by a friend to go here and it was awesome. Had a great experience and WILL come again. Jeremy did an amazing job and took his time explaining everything to me and my brother (his first time getting pierced). He made the process easy and comfortable for the both of us and the piercings look great! Mine was a septum and my brothers was the vertical labret.

Really the best experience. My piercings are healing amazingly and jeremy was such a chill and good energy person. Both with me and my daughter who got her ears pierced for her 5th birthday. Definitely recommend him.

Katy was amazing! So friendly and caring! She is awesome at piercing, it was very quick and painless! She was very thorough with explaining things as well! My nieces were nervous and she calmed their fears. One of my nieces and I got our nose pierced, and my other niece got the helix piercing. Great experience!

The young lady was great! Friendly, and quick. I had earrings in my ears in a jiffy. Cleanliness: The chair was wiped down and earrings cleaned before even starting.

They were amazing!! Went in to have my ears re-pierced, and she worked the earrings in my hiles and did not have to have them redone.

I got my second lobe piercing on both sides. The girl I had did a great job, she took the time to measure my ears because my first piercings from when I was a baby were in the center and the other was were the second piercing should have been. The piercings are now even and look amazing!
