My son and I where walk ins on Friday the 13th . We where able to get in with an amazing artist in a very short time frame ! The entire staff was friendly and professional!! The shop is Super clean ! I enjoyed the full experience from start to finish. Stag I very knowledgeable. I got my belly button piercing that day and by the time I felt anything it was completely over. Quin was my piercer and she was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely going back again.

I’ve been here a few times for my nose piercing and ear piercing and had an alright experience. The guy was professional and quick but not talkative or comforting at all. Although, I cannot express how happy I am about my last experience. I went by myself to get my belly button pierced and was absolutely terrified. My piercer, Mari, was so helpful and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable. She pierced it quick and almost completely painless, I was extremely impressed. I wish I could’ve gone to her for all of my piercings!

Beebe, is amazing! I have a custom tattoo on my arm that he put a lot of effort into and went above and beyond my expectations. I definitely plan on going back and having some work added to it. Beebe is the man for some detailed work! The staff / other employees that were there, were super helpful, friendly and had just a wonderful vibe about them. I have a friend that stop by while I was getting my tattoo done and she is definitely looking into getting some work done on one of her tattoos and a nose piercing.

Sky was great and super patient while my friends and I were decided on our piercings! She helped us figure out exactly what we wanted, made sure that we liked the jewelry and had no allergies and let us hold the piercing bunny if we wanted! It was my first time at a professional piercer and it was great. Definitely planning on going back and letting Sky design my ears!

Got my first tattoo from JJ and he did an awesome job. I got Roman numerals. I was in and out in less than an hour with a high quality tattoo. My friend got work done from Juan and it was very well done too.

Our piercing experience was AMAZING! Mari was super quick and gentle. I got my ears pierced and my husband got his septum pierced. Both were done in seconds and virtually painless. I was in shock lol. I would definitely recommend going to Black Cloud for future piercings. We are going back for tattoos next. The whole crew is warm, friendly and very professional! Can’t wait until the next time! Pura Vida!
