Went here for a walk-in tattoo yesterday and it was a great experience! The line work was awesome, tattoo was done quickly and was very well done. Definitely coming again. The location is very convenient, as it’s inside the mall and near a bathroom. You can get a tattoo/piercing and then shop - or vice versa! I recommend bringing cash for tattoos, as they don’t accept card but there is an ATM machine in the shop.

I scheduled an appt with Juan (cyan) and gave him the two pictures attached: the miraculous medallion and a tattoo of Virgin Mary and Christ child. This is his artwork from that. He did a phenomenal job!!!PHENOMENAL!!! Not just that, he’s an amazing human with a good mind. He listened to my feedback on the original artwork, made revisions and edits based on my feedback and gave me something that was so beautiful and everything I had hoped and imagined!!! Also, the staff is very friendly, efficient, and seems to work very well together. It’s the original black cloud tattoo location and isn’t the fanciest place U’ve ever been, that being said, you won’t regret going there. My two adult children also got sibling tattoos their from a female artist… can’t remember her name. She was great, as were there tattoos. While being in their waiting room over these two lengthy visits, lots and LOTS of happy piercing customers came through. Their piercers were super friendly, great customer service, and excellent client education. This place is awesome!!!!! Can’t say enough great stuff about xuan (Juan) or his brother, Juan Jose (JJ). Beautiful people doing beautiful art!!! Honored to be his canvas and make this tribute tattoo to my mom something that not only I love, but my non-tattooed mom loves too!

I decided on a whim to get my nipples pierced. I was able to walk in and get in and out in about 20 minutes. Destinee did a great job. She was professional, personable and made me feel comfortable even though I was extremely nervous. The shop is clean and in an easily accessible location inside Cumberland Mall. I would not hesitate to visit this shop again for my next piercing.

Walked in for a consultation but ended up getting the tattoo that same day! I really wanted it that day but I wasn’t expecting to get it because I got a fairly detailed and large thigh piece done. But, they are really awesome with walk ins. Cassie tattooed me and she was amazing, her detailing and shading is incredible. Highly recommend, especially if you’re impatient like me and want a tattoo that is high quality! Would definitely recommend an appointment though because it got busy as I was leaving and wait times for walk ins appear to be long because a) tattoos are a long process and b) the staff there is great but relatively small

My piercer was Quinn and she was awesome! It was my first piercing (besides my lobes at Claire’s but I don’t really count that) and I got a septum piercing. She talked to me the entire time I was getting it done to ease my nerves and she made sure I was 100% comfortable. The most stressful part of the piercing was getting through the mall and to the shop but the piercing was a breeze! You get a $10 off coupon after your piercing and I’m definitely going to be using it! She made sure I wasn’t feeling sick or dizzy and she offered me water afterwards. The whole service took less than an hour and cost $63 (not including tip) for the piercing and some cleaning solution! Awesome experience with a super short wait time!

Emily was AMAZING!!! This was my third time getting my nose pierced and this was the first time it didn't hurt. Emily was really supportive, caring, professional and just all around a dope soul. Ghost did my friend's tattoo and he too was super professional and a really good tattoo artist. The place was clean and very nice.
