I didn’t have to wait very long at all and the artist was very professional and funny, which helped calm my nerves a bit. Overall, a wonderful and easy experience!

Will 100% be going back. It was a little crowded and too peopley (I’m not a people person), but that just shows that it’s a highly requested establishment. My tattoo and my fiancé’s tattoos were done with care. They were patient with me while I decided what I wanted and they were extremely professional. First time there but not last.

Only been tattooed by JJ but he’s awesome! Very good at what he does. He is always willing and excited to help design what you want even if it’s only conceptual. The main thing though is that he isn’t “heavy handed” like some places I’ve been. I have enough tattoos from all over to have experienced lots of ‘techniques’ and for some reason these tattoos have been the easiest I’ve ever gotten. Not to mention heal times are quick and the end product is always awesome. I wish I could speak more about the other artists and piercers as I am sure they are as good but since I haven’t used them personally it wouldn’t be an objective review. Great shop though. I would recommend to anyone.

Everyone was soooo nice!!! Josue is amazing. He spent so much time making sure my cover-up was not only "covering" but beautiful as well. Definitely seeing him again.

Good experience! I got my nose pierced, and I was in and out relatively fast. The girls there were SUPER friendly, quick and very professional. 10/10 recommend!

Dom and the rest of the crew I interacted with were amazing super nice and welcoming. They were super helpful and answered all of my questions. Got a daith and upper ear lobe piercing. Was in and out fairly quickly since they weren’t as busy at the time that I arrived. Dom has the hands of an angel I would recommend her to anyone if you are interested in getting pierced.

Please forgive me for not remembering the young lady who pierced my daughters nose, I think it was Dom, I had to hug her before we left. My daughter was so nervous (the anticipation was way worse than the actual piercing) and she took her time in explaining each step. She finally calmed down as I held her hand. When she came and asked her dad and me if she could get her nose pierced we had 2 stipulations with one of them being she HAD to get it done at a tattoo studio, I WAS NOT entrusting something like this to a 17 year old on her first job and probably in her 90 day probation period 🤣. The studio was SUPER clean and I really felt peace with the atmosphere and the professionalism of EVERYONE! I got my receipt with $10 off the next piercing and plan on getting something done myself and I will probably ask my daughter to hold my hand! 😂 Thank you guys from the bottom of a thankful mom’s heart!

@Hyugastabt did my first nose piercing it was my septum and it was not painful at all!!! There was also NO blood which was amazing. Also!! I got matching bunny tattoos with my husband of our wedding cake topper!!! Joker did AMAZING line work and it is stunning! Thank youuu!!

I came in as a walk in, I waited maybe 5 minutes after choosing my jewelry. I got a new daith ring and a conch piercing, the total price was $98 which is great (two pieces of jewelry, the piercing, and switching out the daith ring). The piercer was very nice and professional. The shop as a whole was very clean.

I stopped by Black Cloud on a whim yesterday and got a tattoo that I had been wanting for over a year but was dragging my feet on scheduling an appointment for. It was great to just be able to walk right in and be in the chair within half an hour, instead of scheduling a consult and then getting put on a long wait list. I did go right as they opened on a weekday, so I’m sure they have their busy times and can’t always see clients so quickly. @furiousgeorgelefler had an impressive portfolio and was extremely professional and welcoming. He was sure to confirm that the design and placement were what I wanted every step of the way, and the price was very reasonable. The pain wasn’t bad at all and my tattoo looks amazing - it’s exactly what I wanted and I can’t take my eyes off of it! I’ve already gotten so many compliments too!
