They worked around my work schedule for both diagnostics and repair. Parts came in quickly and entire project was completed in less than 1 week. On diagnostic visit the repair person also looked at my kitchen vent fan. After getting the cost for the part he told me it was cheaper to replace the entire hood and his honesty was appreciated.
