GoogleLarry the service tech was knowledgable, on time, and he diagnosed and fixed my problems. He replaced the computer board on my old Frigidaire dryer in about 30 minutes. However it did take 3 visits to get the correct and functioning ice/water dispenser line/pump replacement part for my old Kenmore freezer. So 4 stars and not 5. Still would recommend, especially for older appliances.
