The repairman arrived at 1:15 pm, ran a diagnostic over the computer board, found the problem and quickly fixed it! He departed after completing the repair at 2 pm and we were delighted. The cost was acceptable and all is well again. This is the second time we have utilized this service company and both times the attention and service was admirable! He installed factory parts that I acquired and experienced a real challenge with replacing the original water pump, yet he went above and beyond to get the job done that many others would have declined attempting.
