Everything was great with this service. The technician communicated about arrival time, was friendly during the repair, quickly found the problem and answered my questions, and fixed it without unreasonable expense. I have been happy with my appliance since then and have no complaints, and was grateful that even though I have old appliances, they could still help me! Thanks!

We called that morning and we were scheduled for an appointment between 1 pm - 4pm, same day!. The repairman arrived at 1:15 pm, ran a diagnostic over the computer board, found the problem and quickly fixed it!
He departed after completing the repair at 2 pm and we were delighted.

The cost was acceptable and all is well again.

This is the second time we have utilized this service company and both times the attention and service was admirable!
Quick, efficient and we used our oven for the supper meal that same night!

We have used Better Homes Appliance Repair for 10 or more years and have always been very satisfied with their promptness to respond to and address our repair needs! The technician, Brian, who has always been the repair tech for our area is wonderful! He is very knowledgeable on all appliances we have needed repaired and is very professional in his work. The owner came out to repair my 27 year old Kenmore washing machine. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He installed factory parts that I acquired and experienced a real challenge with replacing the original water pump, yet he went above and beyond to get the job done that many others would have declined attempting. The water inlet valve was replaced as well and the washer works perfectly! I highly recommend using this company for your repairs as I will if necessary in the future.

Repaired fridge that had water line leak. First appt they said it could be fixed but had to order parts. Parts came in as soon as expected, second appt repair done efficiently. I was originally afraid I’d have to get new fridge, so happy they were able to fix it.

I have used this company many times with great satisfaction, this appointment did not disappoint. They worked around my work schedule for both diagnostics and repair. Parts came in quickly and entire project was completed in less than 1 week. On diagnostic visit the repair person also looked at my kitchen vent fan. After getting the cost for the part he told me it was cheaper to replace the entire hood and his honesty was appreciated. If needed, they are my first call!
