From the call to get service to the technician who repaired our refrigerator the experience was excellent. Brian, the technician is very knowledgeable and explained the issues we had to repair. In the end we needed a compressor a fan and relay. Our fridge is 22 years old and now running like it is brand new. The new appliances don’t compare to the older models so made sense to do the repair. Job well done.

The technician communicated about arrival time, was friendly during the repair, quickly found the problem and answered my questions, and fixed it without unreasonable expense. I have been happy with my appliance since then and have no complaints, and was grateful that even though I have old appliances, they could still help me! Thanks!
