The product 23Zero has defined on their website, has met the expectations at the time I unpackaged and installed their product onto my vehicle. The only thing I would make a slight complaint about, is the company did not include any sticker(s) for me to have. This is a great form of marketing and when people ask about the brand I could explain what I purchased.

We have purchased a Walkabout 62 and two duck down comforters from 23Zero. It has been a great experience all around. Their customer service is top notch, and very responsive. The quality of the RTT and the comforters is extremely good - I was, in fact, surprised by how good it was. Would happily purchase more products from them if ever necessary.

My wife and I wanted a roof tent for occasional camping. I have used many ground tents and mattresses and never could get comfortable. The 3" mattress in the breezeway is the best camping mattress I have used so far. Setup is easy and takes me about 10 minutes after some practice. I much prefer sleeping up high when the bears come through camp! The tent fits nicely on my 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. I store it in my garage above the car attached to the roof. It takes about 15 minutes to mount it onto the car before a trip. The tent bars and structure are made well and are sturdy. It opens and folds up nicely. Very well made.

The customer service was exceptional, I had called several times with questions that were promptly answered! The RTT was easy to mount and I would suggest watching the YouTube video which is very informative. After I installed the tent I had to test out this awesome product, which was super easy to get the tent set up. I was very impressed with the quality of material and the attention of detail.

I have a lot of the 23zero products at this point. There chairs, a tent, awning, let lights for the awning and 3 sleeping bags. I can tel you all these products are extremely good quality! I would recommend there products to anyone.

Went to the 2022 PNW overland expo, Justin and his crew helped me out with all my questions and made my decision super easy to go with 23Zero. 23Zero had my awning shipped super fast and I was able to install it with no problems. I purchased the Outbreak Swag and an extra swag bag. Outbreak Swag has already mastered major downpours and stayed completely dry inside. The extra swag bag had a defect that did not allow the zipper to close completely … 23 Zero took care of that quickly by sending a replacement … had the new bag within a week. High quality swag. We went with the 1550. High density memory foam mattress is extremely comfortable — we sleep like babies. Only cons is that when packed up it is bulky. But that doesn’t bother me much. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a forever tent.

I am in love with my RTT! I got the Walkabout 56. My boyfriend is 6'4" and I am 5' 7" and we have so much room while sleeping. I was worried about the size of the inside of the tent. I am so impressed with the length and width of it. I have a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek and it fits on the roof perfectly. The mattress is comfortable, but for longer trips I bring a full size tempur-pedic pad just to give us extra cushion. My favorite part is probably the skylight, during my search that was the one thing I wanted. Small note is that when you have the rain fly on the skylight isn't useable. But for the summer we haven't needed the rain fly yet. All in all I am so happy with my purchase! Thank you 23 Zero for a quick delivery and great customer service!

I had some issues with the freight company and had to reject the package due to damage and the freight shipper's inability to provide an exception number for the delivery. 23zero called me immediately after they were notified of the rejection and packaged up a new tent and shipped it out to me asap.

Let me tell you the original big item things i have for example my RTT are not from 23zero, but every time I need and accessory or some little ticket item to fix something or make something better on my big stuff, i can rely of 23zero vs. the original company i went thru for the big stuff. I originally purchased the Breezeway 56 and had it locally installed in Salt Lake which was extremely quick. Since have purchased multiple awnings and pieces of gear and have yet to be let down with the quality on any of the products. Even with multiple orders and customer service calls for questions or appointment scheduling for a tent install they are always quick to reply and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend 23Zero and their products.
