We always do a lot of research before making upgrades to our rig.
We started with something simple, their queen sized sleeping bag. Absolutely loved it, from the build quality to the comfort.
Then we made the journey down to the store. And we were very happy we did.
We have now added a 270° awning with panels and the Walkabout 2.0 with annex.
The annex on the tent is game changing. So much room and privacy for when your with larger groups.
The service, help and community at 23Zero made them hands down the Best to work with.
Been in rain, heat, wind and cold with them and they always hold up and keeps us cozy and comfortable.

I love the tent overall. I only have an initial observation. The zipper that secures the cover to the tent would have been better if it went all the way around. The zipper doesn't go around the most vital and easily damaged part, the mattress.

I have been researching RTTs for some time. It was only after a suggestion from another overland outfitter service member that I looked into 23zero products. I am happy that I took their advice. I was looking for a high quality RTT that slept 4 and fit on my short bed Tundra. The Walkabout 72 checks all the boxes and the Zero23 team took care of me after I reported back to them about a special they were running on the website that didn’t get added to my order. Top notch all around. Don’t hesitate to buy their products. We go to Glacier next month and I can’t wait.

The product 23Zero has defined on their website, has met the expectations at the time I unpackaged and installed their product onto my vehicle.

The only thing I would make a slight complaint about, is the company did not include any sticker(s) for me to have. This is a great form of marketing and when people ask about the brand I could explain what I purchased.

We have purchased a Walkabout 62 and two duck down comforters from 23Zero. It has been a great experience all around. Their customer service is top notch, and very responsive. The quality of the RTT and the comforters is extremely good - I was, in fact, surprised by how good it was. Would happily purchase more products from them if ever necessary.

My wife and I wanted a roof tent for occasional camping. I have used many ground tents and mattresses and never could get comfortable. The 3" mattress in the breezeway is the best camping mattress I have used so far. Setup is easy and takes me about 10 minutes after some practice. I much prefer sleeping up high when the bears come through camp! The tent fits nicely on my 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. I store it in my garage above the car attached to the roof. It takes about 15 minutes to mount it onto the car before a trip. The tent bars and structure are made well and are sturdy. It opens and folds up nicely. Very well made.

The customer service was exceptional, I had called several times with questions that were promptly answered! The RTT was easy to mount and I would suggest watching the YouTube video which is very informative. After I installed the tent I had to test out this awesome product, which was super easy to get the tent set up. I was very impressed with the quality of material and the attention of detail.

I purchased the Outbreak Swag and an extra swag bag. Outbreak Swag has already mastered major downpours and stayed completely dry inside. The extra swag bag had a defect that did not allow the zipper to close completely … 23 Zero took care of that quickly by sending a replacement … had the new bag within a week. High quality swag. We went with the 1550. High density memory foam mattress is extremely comfortable — we sleep like babies. Only cons is that when packed up it is bulky. But that doesn’t bother me much. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a forever tent.

I am in love with my RTT! I got the Walkabout 56. My boyfriend is 6'4" and I am 5' 7" and we have so much room while sleeping. I was worried about the size of the inside of the tent. I am so impressed with the length and width of it. I have a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek and it fits on the roof perfectly. The mattress is comfortable, but for longer trips I bring a full size tempur-pedic pad just to give us extra cushion.

My favorite part is probably the skylight, during my search that was the one thing I wanted. Small note is that when you have the rain fly on the skylight isn't useable. But for the summer we haven't needed the rain fly yet.

All in all I am so happy with my purchase! Thank you 23 Zero for a quick delivery and great customer service!

Excellent customer service. I had some issues with the freight company and had to reject the package due to damage and the freight shipper's inability to provide an exception number for the delivery. 23zero called me immediately after they were notified of the rejection and packaged up a new tent and shipped it out to me asap.

I originally purchased the Breezeway 56 and had it locally installed in Salt Lake which was extremely quick. Since have purchased multiple awnings and pieces of gear and have yet to be let down with the quality on any of the products. Even with multiple orders and customer service calls for questions or appointment scheduling for a tent install they are always quick to reply and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend 23Zero and their products.

I just got a new truck and have been having trouble figuring out how to mount my Yakima Skyrise tent with the factory clamps. I ended up going with Billiebars but the crossbars are so large that the factory clamps do not work.

I appreciate 23zero as they helped me order the mounting rails and hardware to get my existing RTT on my new setup. They were familiar with my choice of cross bars and were able to confirm fitment. They have a real human that answers the phones! I ordered yesterday and my order has already shipped.

Helpful people, knowledgeable people, fast shipping, and I would recommend doing business with them.

We are very pleased with our new 23ZERO setup..... 270 Peregrine Awning with Walls, Bushmaster Awning over the Shower Enclosure...... this works well. We are very happy with the design and quality!

We had one hic-up on a zipper that didn't match.... however, 23ZERO shipped out a replacement immediately. Customer service was outstanding.

We hope to utilize more 23ZERO products down the road... enjoy!

We just installed the shower awning on our teardrop and I'm looking forward to our next trip to put it to the test. Install only took a few minutes and the first deployment of the awning was just a quick as advertised. Love 23Zero products and more importantly there staff/owner. Avery and I think it was Brett hooked me up big time with a 270 Awning installation. There was def. some hiccups along the way but they made it easy and friendly to get her on and back on the road. I had come down from Bozeman Montana on my way to CA mid trip when the shipment didnt show up but no fear, the guys at 23 dug through there inventory and were able to find me a 270 awning in the way back of storage in time for the rest of my trip! We absolutely love our 23 Zero root top tent! It's easy to set up, the LST is amazing, and the overall quality is great. Our only suggestion would be pockets or other storage solutions built into the inside. Even without that, we still would recommend it to everyone we know.

Fast shipping, and fantastic product. Really awesome engineering, quality and just plain great-looking components, color of the LST fabric, feel and look of the black zippered bad with logo. As a mechanical engineer I was super impressed with the 2 steel L-brackets thickness: 5/16" ( 8mm)!!
The black anodized beams and rafters are badass, very tactical styling.
Can't be happier with it, and how simple and quickly it sets up/packs down. Once I saw a vid showing this freestanding setup and how rad the 180 awning looks, I couldn't unsee it. Had to have it. Love how the 180R (60" long) fits the side of my Prinsu cab rack perfectly (double cab Tacoma). The 180 deg design allows me as much shade as most of the 6 or 7' long conventional pullout awnings, without looking like a jousting match going down the highway. Everybody who sees this pulled out and set up on my truck loves it too.

While I am pleased overall, there is one matter that disappointed me. I opted to build the rack for the bed of my truck instead of buying one. I wanted the mounting rails of the rack to run parallel to the mounting rails of the tent so that the entire rail is resting on the surface. I called the manufacturer and asked for the distance on-center of the rails on the tent. I had to talk to four people before I received an answer. They informed me that every tent is slightly different, but they rails are about 23 inches apart. So I built the rack with the mounting surface at 23" apart on-center. using 3" channel, that would allow me 1.5" of difference to play with in either direction. I put about $700 in the rack with steel, time, and bed liner. When the tent arrived, I measured the rails on it and they were a whopping 28.5" apart on center. This made my rack useless. My only suggestion to the manufacturer would be to educate your people on the structure and specifications of all of the components. I am sure that I am not the only person who has asked this particular question. Now I have to remove $300 worth of bed liner, weld on additional mounting tabs for the tent, and spend another $300 to have it sprayed again. Outside of that, I am please with the tent, just not the knowledge (or lack thereof) of the 23Zero employees concerning the specifics of their tents.
