I just got a new truck and have been having trouble figuring out how to mount my Yakima Skyrise tent with the factory clamps. I ended up going with Billiebars but the crossbars are so large that the factory clamps do not work. I appreciate 23zero as they helped me order the mounting rails and hardware to get my existing RTT on my new setup. They were familiar with my choice of cross bars and were able to confirm fitment. They have a real human that answers the phones! I ordered yesterday and my order has already shipped. Helpful people, knowledgeable people, fast shipping, and I would recommend doing business with them.

We are very pleased with our new 23ZERO setup..... 270 Peregrine Awning with Walls, Bushmaster Awning over the Shower Enclosure...... this works well. We are very happy with the design and quality! We had one hic-up on a zipper that didn't match.... however, 23ZERO shipped out a replacement immediately. Customer service was outstanding. We hope to utilize more 23ZERO products down the road... enjoy!

We just installed the shower awning on our teardrop and I'm looking forward to our next trip to put it to the test. Install only took a few minutes and the first deployment of the awning was just a quick as advertised. Overall, we're very happy with the shower awning and I look forward to trying a 180° on our teardrop.

Met the awesome crew of 23zero at Overland Expo East, and their tents construction and quality materials blew me away! I purchased the Outbreak 1550 Swag tent shortly after and it arrived quickly with no surprises, Best tent I have ever owned hands down!!

We absolutely love our 23 Zero root top tent! It's easy to set up, the LST is amazing, and the overall quality is great. Our only suggestion would be pockets or other storage solutions built into the inside. Even without that, we still would recommend it to everyone we know.

I purchased a walkabout 62 and it's awesome!!! I used it several time now an it's very comfortable, airy to sleep in and sets up in no time!! Seriously durable and well made. It arrived on time and was just as advertised. Worth every penny!!!

Fast shipping, and fantastic product. Really awesome engineering, quality and just plain great-looking components, color of the LST fabric, feel and look of the black zippered bad with logo. As a mechanical engineer I was super impressed with the 2 steel L-brackets thickness: 5/16" ( 8mm)!! The black anodized beams and rafters are badass, very tactical styling. Can't be happier with it, and how simple and quickly it sets up/packs down. Once I saw a vid showing this freestanding setup and how rad the 180 awning looks, I couldn't unsee it. Had to have it. Love how the 180R (60" long) fits the side of my Prinsu cab rack perfectly (double cab Tacoma). The 180 deg design allows me as much shade as most of the 6 or 7' long conventional pullout awnings, without looking like a jousting match going down the highway. Everybody who sees this pulled out and set up on my truck loves it too.

While I am pleased overall, there is one matter that disappointed me. I opted to build the rack for the bed of my truck instead of buying one. I wanted the mounting rails of the rack to run parallel to the mounting rails of the tent so that the entire rail is resting on the surface. I called the manufacturer and asked for the distance on-center of the rails on the tent. I had to talk to four people before I received an answer. They informed me that every tent is slightly different, but they rails are about 23 inches apart. So I built the rack with the mounting surface at 23" apart on-center. using 3" channel, that would allow me 1.5" of difference to play with in either direction. I put about $700 in the rack with steel, time, and bed liner. When the tent arrived, I measured the rails on it and they were a whopping 28.5" apart on center. This made my rack useless. My only suggestion to the manufacturer would be to educate your people on the structure and specifications of all of the components. I am sure that I am not the only person who has asked this particular question. Now I have to remove $300 worth of bed liner, weld on additional mounting tabs for the tent, and spend another $300 to have it sprayed again. Outside of that, I am please with the tent, just not the knowledge (or lack thereof) of the 23Zero employees concerning the specifics of their tents.

Installation was somewhat complicated with my setup, but the customer service was phenomenal. One of the guys from 23 Zero helped me specifically with my truck and overland setup. The 270 Peregrine was beyond expectations. Thanks for the awesome product.

Amazing experience all around. Drove from CO to get rtt installed. Team got on it half hour before scheduled appointment. Heston have very good demonstration of setup and provided his cell when I left in case I came across any problems with first use.

Nice people to work with. Helped us with problems encountered. The awning is wonderful. It held up amazingly well during a storm.(We followed instructions and used guylines everywhere) Impressed with the quality of accessories.. nice heavy duty stakes that don't bend easily. Also have the sidewalls to the awning.. it will make it a great structure.

23Zero Walkabout 62” is a fantastic setup for a Roof Top Tent. The tent is simple to set up and take down. The zero light fabric is the greatest thing to happen to tents. No more waking up at 6am and heating up, the inside stays dark and cool. Well worth the investment.

Delivery was made a month earlier than expected. Which was great!! I researched approximately 8 different manufacturers for RTT’s, and was sold on the quality and style of the 23Zero tents. TL;DR This is a great company with great people but don’t use if you can’t be patient and like to yell at people to get your way . It’s okay to be frustrated but don’t take it out on people who can’t control the situation. My husband wanted a tent for his birthday so that’s exactly what I got him. I initially called 23Zero to see what was in stock/ how long things would be back ordered. They were very kind and helpful. I can say we did have a bit of a wild ride with things being backordered. I ordered at the end of March and was told and the phone as well as in an email it should be delivered around the end of April. The end of April rolled around and still no word so I called them again, especially since my husband’s birthday was at the end of April and I was hoping to surprise him. They were very kind and just explained that their shipments were taking longer than expected and ours should now be delivered in late May. This was frustrating but there was nothing I or they could do about it because it was more or an issue with their manufactures. Anyhow the end of May was approaching and I called again. They told me it would be shipped in the next 2-4 business days. After 5 days we called again and they told my husband it was just an issue of them not having enough pallets. It was shipped at the end of May though and we received it at few days later at the beginning of June. All in all they had wonderful customer service and were there to help when we needed it. We also live on an Air Force Base, which of course requires military clearance to enter. They were very aware of this case and made sure it was communicated to Old Dominion Freight so there were no issues. Overall we had a really great experience but if you’re a Karen who likes to yell at people to get what you want you want when you want this is not the company for you. These are real people and they can’t control how fast their shipments are coming in. Just know, most companies who have backorders must have a pretty good product for people to be willing to wait.
