He welcomed my father-in-law to join him during the home inspection, and patiently outlined his findings to all three of us (including myself and my husband) separately as we arrived. He also explained the warranties provided with the inspection, which are numerous. The Inspection report was very thorough, and we are confident that the inspection was done well. Additionally, it was very easy for me to get ahold of someone from the company each time I called, and they were always friendly and attentive.

Communication was excellent from the first phone contact to reminder texts to the 24-hour reception of the thorough report and follow-up. We were able to schedule an inspection within a week despite a huge snow storm that complicated things. Richard is professional, friendly, and down-to-earth, pointing out possibilities as well as problems. At the end, we received an inspection report that should be printed, put in a notebook, and passed along with the house the next time it's sold because it's like an owner's manual. GoogleWe used their inspection services in January of 2021. If you are looking for a thorough and trustworthy inspector then you want to hire 1st inspection! We are first time home buyers who know nothing about houses. He answered all of our questions, presented possible solutions to issues he pointed out. And, you can schedule with them online! I inquired on a Monday, the inspection happened Wednesday and I had the report by Thursday. I would recommend to anyone and everyone in the central Ohio area! On top of all this, Dave even mentioned that if we had any questions, even after we’re all moved in 6 months down the road that we should feel free to call. If you want to feel completely at ease about your inspection this is the company for you.
