I had a great experience with them! In the crazy housing market of Spring 2021 they took care of my house inspection before I officially bought a home. They were very helpful in deciding what inspections I needed and they communicated with me through the entire process. I wasn’t able to be present for the inspection, but Joe called me right after with his notes and his report was enlightening! Competitively priced and great to work with.

He has taken the time to explain to us on his inspection process step by step. John not only just performs the home inspection, but he has also given us a lot of educational tips how to maintain a house properly. He would from time to time (during the inspection) asks if we have any question or if there is anything that we would like him to explain further. He is very detail oriented, and he would take the extra time explaining to us to ensure we are crystal clear on all issues. We would highly recommend John to anyone who is looking for a home inspector.

Really good house inspection down by Bryan. He was understanding on why I couldn’t come to inspection but did call and follow up with me and told me in detail on everything wrong with the house. Very friendly staff when I called as well.

Professional Bryan Duff was Friendly, Prompt and he started At the roof, looking for any or all what may need attention? This was a whole House plus inspection, every area inspected had clear photos, up close to evaluate if a repair would be needed? As well as showing strong areas! Being clear about locations of places in question? If you needed to find a needle in a haystack, Bryan could find it!!!!
