My Inspector (Chris) was early (not just on time!) and friendly. He went through the property very thoroughly taking pictures pulling on windows and notating all items to be improved, removed or replaced. Once he was done, he walked me through all of the issues he found and what the recommendation is for improvement. Inspections can be very nerve wracking - especially for a first time home buyer and to have someone as friendly as my inspector was refreshing and comforting to say the least. He even patiently answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them because they make you feel like they really do care about what they are doing for what could be your new home. They even take great complimentary photos of each room. I will definitely use and recommend them in the future.
