Fast delivery and pick up. On day 2 of the rental, the left foot rest fell off. Replaced within a few hours. Satisfied with the problem resolution, but not happy i couldn't leave the hotel for breakfast. Everything is so expensive in New York, would have preferred to dine elsewhere. (Maybe I am naive, but $24. each for breakfast is insane!) But overall, quite happy!
