Richie always exceeds expectations. I have booked with him for 5 years now and he is amazing. Always knowledgeable about properties all over the world and helps me compare and contrast them. I definitely feel like we get the red carpet treatment when we book through him compared to our Chase Saphire benefit. This past time at the Rosewood he was able to secure us an amazing, over the top upgrade for my birthday. I can't recommend him enough and can't wait to book our next trips.
