5 stars. Excellent experience with Jesse and Gold Coast Transmissions in Davie. I brought my 2016 F-150 in with just over 105,000 miles for several overdue drivetrain fluid services, including the transmission, transfer case, and front and rear differentials. Jesse took the time to explain how they service the transmission and why they don't recommend a power flush, which immediately gave me confidence that the job would be done correctly. While working on the truck, they also discovered a badly worn front wheel bearing that was causing a loud road noise I had been hearing. Jesse showed me the old parts in person and explained exactly what they found. Since everything was already apart, they also recommended replacing my original front rotors and pads, which were clearly worn after 105,000 miles. They charged me for the brake parts but no additional labor for that portion, which I really appreciated. They got me in immediately, completed a significant amount of work very quickly, communicated well throughout the process, and the truck now drives and sounds dramatically better. The pricing felt fair for the amount of work performed, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. Jesse was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and great to deal with. I'll definitely be bringing my truck back to Gold Coast Transmissions for future maintenance or repairs. Highly recommended.
