5 stars. Excellent experience with Jesse and Gold Coast Transmissions in Davie. I brought my 2016 F-150 in with just over 105,000 miles for several overdue drivetrain fluid services, including the transmission, transfer case, and front and rear differentials. Jesse took the time to explain how they service the transmission and why they don't recommend a power flush, which immediately gave me confidence that the job would be done correctly. While working on the truck, they also discovered a badly worn front wheel bearing that was causing a loud road noise I had been hearing. Jesse showed me the old parts in person and explained exactly what they found. Since everything was already apart, they also recommended replacing my original front rotors and pads, which were clearly worn after 105,000 miles. They charged me for the brake parts but no additional labor for that portion, which I really appreciated. They got me in immediately, completed a significant amount of work very quickly, communicated well throughout the process, and the truck now drives and sounds dramatically better. The pricing felt fair for the amount of work performed, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. Jesse was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and great to deal with. I'll definitely be bringing my truck back to Gold Coast Transmissions for future maintenance or repairs. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with Jesse at Gold Coast Transmissions in Davie, Florida. We brought in our 2017 Chevy Tahoe for transmission and engine mount repairs at a point where we were honestly beginning to lose confidence in the vehicle and were even considering giving up on it altogether. Not only did Jesse complete the repairs at a much more reasonable cost than we expected, but he also took an incredible amount of time explaining exactly how the transmission and engine mount components worked within the vehicle. What really stood out was his patience. When I still didn’t fully understand, he went even further and carefully explained and demonstrated everything again until I truly grasped how the systems worked together. That level of honesty, professionalism, and customer care is rare these days. I stopped by after experiencing problems with my transmission while towing my large boat from Key West back to Sebastian. I limped into the shop, where I was helped by Jesse. I have previously worked at an outboard repair shop in Miami as a service manager, and I could tell that Jesse was competent, knowledgeable, and willing to help me out. He sent me to their main repair facility that could accommodate my boat in the event that my truck needed an extended stay. (Which it did). The shop was well run and you could eat off the polished slab. I’m not sure if this place was the least expensive place to get my transmission rebuilt, but I feel that I was in very good hands, and that my rebuilt transmission is better now than it was when the truck rolled off the assembly line. Jesse stayed in touch with me through the entire process and my truck was ready in a week. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to my friends. This is the boat I was towing.

I came in for a rear differential rebuild and Gold coast transmission wasted no time getting to work. These guys were fantastic. My 2000 corvette would not shift out of park and I was 250 miles from home. They quickly diagnosed that my shift cable was broken. They ordered a cable from Chevy. My vehicle was repaired properly and although I got ,what was considered a reduction in cost (4 hours taken off the labor cost),,it was still a large cost(5200) to pay for a repair of my vehicle for a reduction in the warranty. The warranty reduction was not told to me until the retrieval/payment for my vehicle. 12 months/12000 miles as compared to the 24 months/24000 miles. The extended warranty was one of the reasons I selected Gold Coast and to not have that was a disappointment. The car is running fine now and yes, Hamilton kept me informed of the progress of the repairs to my vehicle. Time will tell if Gold Coast will stand behind these repairs to my vehicle 🚜 Update: Repaired again for Bushings in the rear. Richard was timely with his analysis and my vehicle took about 7 business days to repair ( 3 business days to wait on the parts) which was satisfactory. The vehicle runs great 👍🏾
