I have been booking with WhatAHotel for years and have always had travel experiences that were on another level. Beautiful hotels with incredible perks through WhatAHotel. Most recently I stayed at the Sofitel Golden Mile in Montreal and every aspect of the experience was effortless and special. The food at Renoir restaurant was exceptional. The staff were classy and genuine. I can’t say enough good things about it. Thank you!

Super smooth transaction! Haven't stayed at the hotel yet but if its anything like their front end customer service has been, I'm sure the reservation will go off without a hitch. This is definitely the best deal I've gotten for a hotel period and would recommend checking them out!

I have booked close to a dozen vacations with them and each and every time I am amazed at their level of service. We are a Four Seasons hotel family and if you have stayed there before it’s the cream of the crop! They rarely offer special discounts but with Whatahotel I am always given the most amazing upgrade usually to a suite, free breakfasts, at least $100 resort credit, free WiFi and early check ins! I have worked with Maria Rodriguez many times and every time we talk it’s like speaking with a long lost friend. I seriously won’t book anywhere else now. Trust me the perks are amazing and they never charge me anything extra by booking with them! Win-win!

Very quick and professional service One of benefits was a room upgrade , we have not heard anything about this yet. My daughter and her family are staying at the same hotel and they were told immediately by E-mail about their upgrade. i am not sure if our upgrade will be done at the time of check in ?

I have used Whatahotel a number of times. There are some great perks to be had in the luxury hotel space and WAH makes it easy to see what is offered. Often it's free full breakfast each day, sometimes it's a free night when you purchase a few, a room upgrade, or a resort F&B credit. The perks make my luxury experience just that much better. I also have an agent I work with at Lorraine Travel who really cares about my travel experience and I appreciate that. He continually looks out for me and guides me in the right direction. I recommend WAH and Lorraine Travel highly.

We had an AMAZING experience booking our 10 day Maui/Honolulu trip with WhataHotel! I read several reviews and their name kept appearing as a Four Seasons Preferred Partner. I decided to give them a call. Not only was everything true about the benefits you get booking with them, they went the extra mile to make our trip AMAZING. I worked specifically with Richie Massa. He was SOOOOO detailed orientated and made sure everything was PERFECT with our stay. We were celebrating our 50th, 18th, and 16th birthdays. He made sure all of our birthdays were recognized with a birthday welcome at each hotel. Our upgrades were confirmed and all the exclusive benefits included. I would not hesitate to use WhataHotel on every trip I book. Thank you Richie for making our dream vacation come true!

I was nervous the first time because it seemed to good to be true but I now check here before booking anywhere else. Can’t beat the free breakfast which would run over $100 per day at a Four Seasons. We have received the room upgrade many but not all times. The bonus food and beverage always comes in handy too. When our schedule had to change on a trip WAH got back to us within an hour and was able to adjust it with no penalty. This place is for real.
