BBBOverall, I was satisfied with the work done by Highlander. Their estimate appeared fair, based on the multiple estimates I received, and the work was well done by competent and considerate workers. The only real challenge was in scheduling for the work to be done. Dates were changed a couple of times and the process was somewhat inconvenient.
GoogleThey were fantastic. The initial estimate was done by an actual structural engineer who was incredibly knowledgeable (as opposed to sales reps from other companies). The price was a little bit higher than the other estimates we got but the knowledge that he had made us feel much more confident choosing them. It took about 3 days (2.5) but they kept everything covered and cleaned up afterwards. It's been almost 2 months now (and we've gone through probably 15 flash flood warnings) and our basement is still dry! We used to have extreme flooding to the point where we couldn't actually use our basement and now it's perfectly dry! They even guarantee that it stays dry or they will come out and fix whatever else might be causing the problem. Definitely recommend! Nothing bad to say.
HomeAdvisorAll the work was done according to our contract and crew of four men stayed until everything was completed, about 6:30 pm. Installed interior French drains and sump pump. They worked together well and quietly, leaving work areas free of debris and dirt/dust at end of project.
GoogleHighlander provided basement waterproofing. at our home, and this is the first time our basement has been dry since we moved in 15 years ago! Our experience was great, from the first call for scheduling, to the final walk thru of the project completion. I would highly recommend them to friends and family or anyone who is tired of cleaning up their wet basement!
