They said it would take 3 days to complete and they finished when they said they would. They were good about answering all our questions and getting answers when they did not know. They did a really nice job on our basement.

From Kevin who gave us a quote and took time to answer all of our questions before we decided to go with the interior French drain. Mike Green who organized everything behind the scenes and there for any questions along the way and after. To Dylan who was the installer explained things in great detail did a great job did it quickly and cleaned up after. French drains aren’t cheap and was disappointed we had to install one after we’ve never gotten water in the basement before until we finished the basement. But Highlander made the experience a lot better than expected. Thanks guys!

Mike also did a great job facilitating the work that needed done at her house. Highlander has been a great company. She no longer gets water in her basement and when there was a problem because of the power surge at her house, they were there to take care of the problem as soon as they had the parts.

They know how to get things done and I am grateful for their expertise. Right parts ordered and delivered, and once they were here Dylan arrived in about a week (I live in another state) to replace a broken fan and some other"stuff". Felt comfortable enough that I wasn't even home when the job was being done. I had a previous commitment that couldn't be rescheduled so Dylan was able to still get the job done with no one here. Absolutely would use and recommend Highlander Waterproofing again. Trust. The one word I associate with this company because of these guys who are great representatives of Highlander.

GoogleWe own and live in a house that was built in 1910. Along with the beautiful wood woodwork & other speciaul characteristics of such a structure, come the challenges due to the age of the home. The unfinished basement and old stone & cement foundation has presented us with 15 years of on-going moisture & water challenges. We contacted Highlander Waterproofing & Repair in the Summer of 2021. An inspection and an assessment was made by experts from Highlander, and a plan for addressing the issues was presented to us. This was accepted and a crew from Highlander began the extensive, very hard, physical work required throughout the project. When the entire project was completed, we had immediate evidence that Highlanders' assessment, plan, and work did resolve the water seepage and serious pooling issues. After several months we had to contact the company concerning an issue that arose with one of the areas. Highlander sent its skilled craftsman, Dillan, to our home and he swiftly and thoroughly dealt with & resolved the issue. We are very satisfied with the outcome produced by Highlander Waterproofing & Foundation Repair. We also are GRATEFUL to have been able to entrust ourselves and our home to the knowledge and skills of a Company and its people - owners, management, supervisors, craftsmen, and trained, hard working laborers - who are pleasant and respectful to work with! Tony, my technician, took extra time and precaution to carefully set aside my belongings and cover them with plastic. He recognized the areas of concern and confidently took care of them. He was happy to answer my questions and even provided his personal number for any questions I might have in the future. Definitely, a good experience!
GoogleGuys came out and did a great job waterpoofing our 110 yr old basement. had a ton of running water flowing when we got rain and it was molding our drywall on the upper staircase to the basement. they came out christmas week and got it all done and buttoned up in about 3 days. we knew when we bought the house that the basement was going to need to be updated and repaired so its really nice to know thats all out of the way! thanks guys, i feel like my investment in this house was well worth it and its sitting on a good, dry, foundation now!

GoogleThis company provided service for our foundation which included tearing down two basement walls and replacing with cider blocks. Major work!!! Took place during middle of winter; November - February! I was given the impression by Brandon (can’t remember last name) it would be shorter, yeah, right!! After the basement walls were replaced, they came back in spring to rebuild, waterproof and restore soil around the house. Several mishaps occurred during all of this - water coming thru a seam, broken outside water valve, section of fence taken down snapping, to name a few. In total, my husband and have been dealing with this company a total of 13 months which ended today with fence replacement. Here is my review: as with any company you have good knowledgeable, skilled people who treat the job like it’s for a family member - and then you have the others. I saw both. I truly appreciated Scott who oversaw the team that rebuilt the foundation and basement walls and Mike Greene. Mike was accommodating, always contacting me to let me know what was going on - so professional. What an experience! I had my ups and downs with this company, however, the owner always took responsibility, and provided the necessary support no matter how long it took to make us whole.

Not knowing anything about waterproofing, choosing the right company can be a daunting experience. Highlander not only provided good insight into our water situation but also gave us good direction into how to fix the problem. They warranty their work and their pricing is fair. We've had a number of storms pass through the area in the weeks since they completed their work and there are no more water issues. I highly recommend them if you want to have confidence that your waterproofing is done right and you paid a fair price to get it done.

HomeAdvisorJohn and his crew were professional answered all my questions and explained it fully. They were careful of my ceramic tile that was put down less than a year ago. When taking out the old wall they dealt with rows of glass bottles, door hinges and chisels and let us know that these obstacles took extra time.. While working on the foundation they had to deal with alot of rain. My front yard was a mess from the machinery. When they were finished they leveled out the track marks, the only thing I need to do is add grass seed

BBBI am so pleased with the work Highlander Waterproofing has done to my finished basement. Let’s start with Tim T******* Senior Field Inspector. After meeting with two other waterproofing companies and Hylander would be the third estimate I was getting. I was filled with anxiety and just thought these companies are trying to rip me off because I’m a women so when Tim got here I didn’t expect to be any less anxious but to my surprise Tim was honest, professional and very knowledgeable. Tim didn’t quote me a price for work not needed. He sat down with me and explained all that would be involved in the job, he made a drawing of the work and explained it in detail then he gave me the price. I shook his hand immediately and told him he got the job. He then followed up, and assisted me with the financing. I needed the job done ASAP and within a few days I got the call that the workers would be out in a couple days. Again to my surprise, these men were on time and very professional and did a wonderful job. Mike was the supervisor, Dan and Mike Jr. were the other workers. My basement was not easy to do because I have a large bar and many walls to go through. They did not put even one hole in my walls. They went under the bar and under the walls. I never seen anything like it. They protected all my furniture and clothing with plastic. They were careful not to break anything. The job was done in three days and I am so pleased. The Co-owner Jennifer was a very pleasant and compassionate person to talk to. I will refer anyone who needs waterproofing or foundation work done to call Hylander Waterproofing. My Fiance and I had step cracks in our foundation, and we hired Highlander to repair our foundation and the cracks. The sales rep who came to the house was extremely knowledgeable (he was a structural engineer) and transparent. I felt like we got great advice about how to fix the issues with our home. And the workmen who came to the house to actually fix the issues were equally as professional. They fixed the two cracks we had in three hours, and I was very satisfied with the work. Thank you!

GoogleSalesman was knowledgeable and gave an appropriate level of detail regarding the issue and potential resolutions. We discussed the Pro’s and Con’s of each solution and chose a path forward. Team showed up as planned and went right to work. The plan was to dig up along one basement wall and lay a drainage pipe between the footer and the wall. Turned out my footer was about 3x bigger that normal, which meant that there were not enough materials to complete the job in the advertised 1 day. they were back the next business day to compete the work. The team was very professional, thorough, and they paid attention to my requests of how to access the area. They cleaned up the work space very well after work was complete. Overall very happy with the outcome, and would happily recommend to anyone.
