From start to finish, our experience with Ashe County Livery was exceptional! Booking was seamless, and communication was fantastic. Our driver, Carsten, greeted us with a smile and immediately made us feel welcome. The vehicle was immaculate, quiet, and incredibly comfortable after our flight. He was courteous, handled our luggage with care, and navigated traffic flawlessly, getting us to our destination ahead of schedule. Carsten arrived right on time, and provided a pleasant drive and conversation. The entire experience was very convenient.

Carsten was my driver and he texted me before my flight left Tampa to introduce himself, tell me where to meet him, and what kind of car to look for. With a delay in one of my flights he was on top of it and he met me right where we discussed. On the trip from airport to Boone, he gave me music genre choice,, and was nice enough to stop for a coffee and bathroom break halfway up to the mountain. My son did same trip with this Ashe county Livery and Carsten 10 days earlier and he also had nothing but good things to say about his experience

Wonderful service. I called the day before booking it and had someone contact me the same night to confirm pick up. Dustin was our driver. He was great! It was a smooth drive with great conversation and a quick stop per my request.
