She was professional, kind, patient, accommodating, and truly helped make the entire day run smoothly. We had a full day planned with multiple stops and a van full of ladies celebrating, and Janet handled us and our itinerary with ease. 😂 She got us everywhere safely, kept things stress free, and allowed me to actually enjoy my birthday instead of worrying about transportation and logistics. The vehicle was comfortable, the service was excellent, and having reliable transportation made such a difference in the overall experience. When you’re responsible for planning a celebration for a whole group, knowing that one major piece of the day is completely taken care of is priceless. We used this transportaion service for airport dropoffs in Asheville and Charlotte. Both drivers were very nice, the. cars were very clean and everything went very well. This is a very reliable and good car service.

My wife and I decided to spend a weekend in the NC Wine country. We normally plan an annual event but since we moved to the NC coast, it has been a while. In planning our trip, we quickly realized that there were many new wineries and vineyards we haven't visited, so we planned a full day for Saturday and used Ashe County Livery to provide our transportation. We sent a list of who we wanted to visit and included a place for a short lunch. James planned everything and created a realistic agenda. He assigned Pat McGuire as our driver. Pat was incredible. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We even invited her to eat lunch with us at a Winery Stop. We would strongly recommend Ashe County Livery to assist with your trip planning and transportation needs.

Ashe County Livery provided shuttles for our wedding & everything went flawlessly thanks to James and his team. Could not recommend them more for anyone needing shuttles up in the mountains for events, etc.

James and the entire team absolutely knocked it out of the park for our daughter’s wedding weekend at Twickenham House in Jefferson, Nc. Our initial transportation vendor had to step down due to health issues just 6 weeks before the wedding. James and his team stepped in and executed the requirements of the weekend flawlessly. From rehearsal dinner transportation Friday night between Twickenham, Jefferson Landing and the West Jefferson Hotel, later routes between all three for the welcome party, to multiple wedding day runs between both lodging venues and Twickenham House at the top of the Phoenix Mountain, the Ashe County Livery team make sure every guest arrived safely and not one person once left behind. James was in constant communication with me and with our planner ….. we couldn’t be any more please. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing wine bus tour with Ashe County Livery. James was awesome! He did an amazing job helping us select the best wineries for our group, coordinating our winery reservations, providing a cooler and ice on our air conditioned bus, and was incredibly accommodating, nice, and easy to communicate with!
