GoogleEvery aspect of this appointment was easy. Day of appointment, finding the facility was easy, parking was easy, the reception staff was friendly. My appointment was on time. The open MRI was incredible. After the appointment my take home cd was ready in seconds. A very good experience.

GoogleI was completely happy with my entire experience at In-View: from the lovely and helpful young woman at front desk, to the sweet and extremely professional technician who did my ultrasound, and finally, to the wonderful woman (office manager?) with whom I stopped to share how impressed I was with that technician. I asked that she pass that along to her. I have to spend a great deal of my life in medical offices and have had all manner of experiences, but I just have to say that I would give In-View a score of 95%, with the only negative derived from a lack of seating. I've been there two times, and this was the only issue or negative each time. It's clear that they only have a certain number of exam rooms, which one would think dictates the number of waiting room seats needed. Unfortunately, patients come with family, friends, etc., which can fill the four seats I saw on my appointment day really fast. I do think you have room for more seating, especially if you replaced the oversized sofa and chair. I'm sure I'll be sent to In-View again in the future, and I know I won't be worried about the outcome of my test, because I'll be so calm while I'm there. Thanks so much! Ar Foster
