Quick efficient service. But not rushed. The staff was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable. I needed the open MRI because I had a panic attack in the closed one. This was so easy in comparison.

This was my first time here. The GREAT things: -i was able to get an appointment swiftly -i was seen as soon as I arrived, so no extra long wait time -the Tech was focused and trying to be as detailed as possible. Not so Great: -the office appears to have only one restroom. With patients who are hydrating,this is a problem. -my Tech was still learning (being shadowed), and had to have her work approved. This in itself was not a problem, but I would have preferred to know this before going into the exam room. The process would have felt less intrusive if the supervising Tech would have remained in the room the entire time. Rather than coming in after all the imagery was taken, and having to do most of it all over again. This was very uncomfortable. Had I been informed, or even asked if I consented to a Student, it would have been less uncomfortable. But overall she still did a good job.
