Everyone was very kind and both technicians were very patient with me and didn’t rush me. I told them that I was extremely claustrophobic and they were understanding! I went to in view imaging, because the head coil was tolerable and you had an open MRI.

TANYA WAS AN ANGEL DURING MY MRI!!! My first experience with inview in antioch was terrible, she was rude and just did not answer any questions, TANYA HOWEVER answered everything, made me feel at home and comfortable, helped me with my sound issue in the machine by giving me earplugs and headphones! She also gave me something to put over my face to relax, i was SHAKING when i came in almost SOBBING because my last experience (antioch inview) was so awful, but she made all that melt away and made me as comfortable as she possibly could, this place deserves 5 stars and i don't know if i can ever go ti another mri facility that is not this one, i think Tanya deserves a raise! ❤️🧡💛💚💙🩵💜🩷

This is, the only place that I will ever have my MRI'S done. From the person who made the appointment to the person who greeted me at the window to the person who took me back to my room to the person who did the MRI, they were all great. Such kindness is a rare thing. And they definitely have it at this company. Loved the entire experience..

I was greeted and welcomed by the intake person upon my arrival She immediately began the intake process for my appointment. There was a brief wait before the technician escorted me to the treatment area. I was asked a onseries of medical questions before proceeding to the machine. The technician Jordana was very thorough and courteous. The entire experience was comfortable and professional.
