Easy check in, friendly technician. The tech explained the entire procedure including times snd repositioning. My anxiety calmed down and the ear plugs helped too! The check-in gal was bilingual and accommodating to other languages. She also gave me a CD to give to my doctor!

I was told to present myself at 06:55am, which I did but the office was still closed. However, once it did open, all the staff was very nice and welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable and explained the process very clearly so that I could relax as much as possible.

Everything went smoothly and The front office was great and Dakota was great. Only suggestion is let people know which door to use on a Sunday appt so one doesn't have to walk around the bldg to find the correct entrance. The security gaurd let me in I thi k by luck..

Quick process, you sign in and hang out a couple of minutes. They show you the second waiting room, you put your personal belongings there, do your test then you leave. Also the restroom was EXTREMELY clean

My appointment was moved from 2:15pm to 9:30am- I arrived a few minutes early, filled out the necessary update forms and was taken to the prep room within minutes. Was taken in for the MRI moments later. Greeted by Dakota and she was as pleasant as she always is! This is my 4th visit with her and she is so calming and talks to me throughout each procedure which helps sooo much with my 'MRI ANXIETY'. I was out shortly after 10:00. Highly recommend this facility!
