We have rented a transport chair from Big Apple Mobility for my mom on our last three trips to NYC, and their service has been outstanding. Their online ordering service is quick and easy. Their rates are very reasonable, and their delivery service is always reliable.The chair is waiting for us at our hotel when we check in, and we simply leave it with the hotel bell captain when we check out. I definitely recommend Big Apple Mobility! Thanks to them, my elderly mom can still enjoy her theater trips to New York.

We cme to NYC because our Dad wanted to see the statue of liberty. I knew when we left hime that he would need an electric scooter my sister disagreed. Once we were their she quickly had a change of heart. While at dinner we ordered the scooter the next morning it was in our hotel lobby fully charged and ready to roll. We had no complications and would for sure use this company again if need while in NYC.

Being an amputee, Big Apple Mobility providing a motorized scooter for my bucket list trip to NYC made it so much easier to maneuver around and not be a burden on my companion. The scooter was there when I arrived and worked perfectly the entire trip. Also liked that Big Apple was easy to reach by telephone rather than irritating texts and emails waiting for responses.
