Everything was done and cleaned up. Everything was neat, clean and orderly and Garage door looked beautiful… I would recommend this company to my family.

I had a garage door issue and was previously informed by the original installation company that they could not fix it, and to call the manufacturer since it was a newer model due to all the parts needing to be replaced to reduce costs. Not having full confidence in that diagnosis, I called On Track Doors and Brian, an excellent tech, showed up within the hour. Bottom line, Brian diagnosed/fixed the issue in a very timely manner.
