They have a wide selection and a knowledge staff, I found what I was looking for and what I bought works great. The employee working on June 15th was very helpful.

Great experience! The solo guy running the store did his best to help me out while having to juggle business on the phone. Didn't feel like I was intruding, like a few other game stores I've been to. Had exactly what I was looking for (DSi XL) at a reasonable price and in great condition. I'll definitely be back when I am in the Bloomington area. Holler if you get some Commodore 64 stuff!

I enjoy finding an old movie that I have not seen in years, and Spencer is such a pleasant young man to talk with. Always a pleasure to go in that store 😁

The cashier I forget his name but he used to have shoulder length hair, but he's always super nice! Love that guy, he always makes sure to ask clarifying questions that I forget to ask, and he gets you all set up and actually makes it a fun experience

My girlfriend and I are video game collectors and we love the thrill of the hunt. Most stores are very disorganized but not here. Everything was neat and organized and the people were very polite. Prices were very reasonable with most being below market value so very good for collectors such as myself. I will definitely be returning soon.

This was my first time in a store like this and I was impressed when I saw that it was organized, clean, and the customer service was very friendly when they greeted me and offered to help me if I needed anything or had questions. And if that wasn't enough, the prices are fantastic. 5 stars because I will definitely be returning and recommending it to people I know!

I believe the gentleman's name was Colin that helped me. He was enthusiastic and joyful, it was refreshing to see that in today's world. He was helpful in my sale and was also helpful to other customers whilst I was there. He provided educated answers to other customers questions and didn't overstep his knowledge. If he wasn't 100% sure on something (which was a question on an obscure wheel of fortune games function) he made it clear that it was merely a guess not a fact. Will definitely be back, the service alone was enough, let-alone the store itself. Hopefully next time Wingstop won't be so crazy! Lol

Game World has a great selection of rare and unique titles across all the console eras. Was able to pick up full metal alchemist and zone of the enders at a very fair price. I feel they should probably have more member rewards opportunities, probably that require following the social media page, plus balanced incentives that are valuable for the store and the customer, and encourage repeat visits.
