Second time I have been to this location, same guy helped me last time. I wish I knew his name, but he is very outgoing guy and a pleasure to work with. The value of good customer service goes a long way with him. This will be the only place I go in town, and while im not a big spender per say, they will get every dime I spend on gaming systems for the kiddos. Kudos guys, keep up the great work! Cameron D. Great place for a plethora of classic and newer used games. Anna is a kind and helpful worker who thoroughly explained a buy 3 used game deal going on. In addition, she alerted me to the condition of one of the used game. I appreciated this, and selected another game title and enjoy the games!

Spencer is seriously the heart of this place. After a mix-up last year that made me hesitant to return, I was really glad to walk in and be greeted by him. He was great with my daughter, showed her what she wanted to buy, and even though she decided to pass, I still walked out with Tropico 5. Spencer made everything smooth and welcoming, exactly the kind of service that keeps people coming back. Thanks Spencer!

I always have a great experience at this store no matter if I'm shopping or just looking around Spencer and the rest of the crew are just really great people and employees that make you feel welcome as a guest and as a customer thay treat you like a friend and the game world store itself the way it's laid out literally reminds of a really place happy time from my childhood of a similar establishment that had the same look but went by a different name when I lived in Bradenton Florida called electronic gaming and this place game world definitely takes me back to that wonderful time of my life it's like stepping in the past and going back in time during one of the most happiest moments of my life. And I'd like to leave a special thanks to Spencer the store manager who I don't just see as game world manager or employee but also as a friend Who is very thoughtful and kind who greets me at the door with a smile and holds the door open for me because he knows that I have difficulty with doors because I'm an wheelchair thank you Spencer for all your help and for making me feel like a valued customer Go game world game on 😜👍

My son enjoyed it here. It was our 1st time there and it was nice he didn’t hover over us and gave us our space. And when we needed help he was happy to answer our questions. I will be going back for future purchases and sells. I highly recommend
