Great care and efficient service
My family and I have been to the ER quick care numerous times. Each time they have been professional, friendly, and diagnose properly. The following day, I have received a phone call to check on how I’m doing, which is above and beyond most places. I highly recommend using this facility. They’re open late hours and on Sundays, so glad to have them as back up when I can’t get to my own doctor.
I had been to ERQCare during the height of covid everything was handled so well and they were full of people in need. In remembering this experience it is were I went in a weekend emergency situation. Same consistent care found I had bronchitis gave me a treatment and gave me scripts. Staff of docs and nurses awesome. While there couldn't help but notice also how clean and well kept the environment was. I would recommend everyone to go to ERQuickcare.
Very good doctors and assistance
I have some allergies going on now and before it got any worse , I went to ER Care it was fast to get in and the whole process enjoyable . Saw a new doctor he asked me about my symptoms and prescribed two meds for me . Took them last night and feeling better already. Thank you for your fast and immediate results. I highly recommend using them , on a side note I waited two weeks before I went in wish I would have come in sooner

All the doctors, nurses and staff go above and beyond in the care of myself and my two young boys anytime we are sick and have to visit Urgent Care. Highly recommend this facility and all of the knowledgeable and caring staff.
The staff was courteous and efficent. Dr Rosenfield was unrushed and thorough. He did not enter the exam area carrying and typing on a tablet. He actually listens.
Whenever I'm sick I never hesitate to go to ER QuickCare. They are always very thorough no matter what doctor you see.

Dr. Rosenfield and his team are the most comprehensive, knowledgeable and empathetic medical professionals. I have been going here for my medical needs since they opened in 2007. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Naples. I would highly recommend them as your first stop in Naples when medical care is needed.
I had a very good experience. The medical staff was most friendly and very efficient. The doctor was very thorough in addressing all my concerns. I’m only sorry that I didn’t go sooner
