Great service, went in for a small pain in chest, and they called ambulance because I was a heart attack. They took such good care and handled everything with calm and reassuring me that everything will be fine.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff!
All the doctors were awesome, and staff delightful. Very thorough and detailed about my condition.
I can’t say enough about this place and the experience I had when I brought my daughter in for a quick strep test. The receptionists were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The wait was about 20 minutes long. Once we got into the patient room, our nurse, Cindi took care of my daughter with patience and compassion. The doctor that we saw, Dr. Jeffrey Olson, was truly phenomenal. He made it a point to treat my daughter with warm, personal care and attention, explained to her what he was doing, testing for, etc. and made pleasant what might have been a scary experience for a young girl. Very, very sweet staff. Attentive and gentle. Doctor actually sat down to talk to me and work out my issue, stayed focused but great bedside manner. I am from out of town or I would always want to use this walk in when needed. Thanks so much everyone 🙏

All the staff was upfront and very helpful. I didnt feel judged in anyway for getting an infection in my finger.. the nurse who gave me the iv antibiotics was sweet and extremely knowledgeable; she poked me one time and was so confident. The xray tech was so nice and funny, we laughed the whole time I tried to hold my hand in certain positions. Office manager told me I didnt have to consent to anything I didnt want. I wanted to get better and fix my finger and listened to what they said.. great experience and thank you to all the staff

ER Quick Care is perhaps the only urgent care facility in Naples where you are seen by a Doctor. My husband and I have utilized their services several times over the years, always receiving professional, compassionate and courteous care. We have referred several friends and neighbors to them for medical care , when appropriate, as a preferred alternative to the E.R.'s or other urgent care facilities. We are very grateful to the staff at ER Quick Care.
I was diagnosed quickly they did a chest x-ray found pneumonia treated me with IV antibiotics 3 consecutive days with oral antibiotics as well The staff were friendly and efficient Highly recommend going there.

She went above and beyond to ensure all concerns were addressed… And she did it in such a warm, caring, thoughtful manner. She is an excellent PA and an amazing asset to this office! Next up.. Nurse Jenny.. Jenny is incredibly kind, caring & thoughtful. She also went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. She is a really great nurse! Incredible bedside manner from both Patricia & Jenny! And Dr Paisan was very warm, reassuring and thorough as well. Grateful to have found this urgent care, and to have met each of these wonderful professionals. Highly recommend
Despite the long wait times, the care was top notch. I've had two followup visits for scrip refills. Can't get prescribed refills on each individual prescription so there is an office visit every time, but my health care provider "provides".
Had to return three times and each time was I was more impressed than the time before. Excellent team; top to bottom. Don’t want to go back any time soon but I am more than pleased they are there in case…

I had a great experience with ER Quick Care. From the receptionist to the Nurse/PA and Doctor, they were all very friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. I got great treatment from the whole team and drove by 3 Urgent Care clinics on the way because they are so great. I would recommend using this facility for any of your medical needs simply because they are better than the rest. I would credit the people who work there as the main reason why. Great place. I was seen by a doctor who quickly diagnosed the problem and solution. Everyone there was very pleasant to deal with. I felt lucky to have such a good quality place available close to home.
Very helpful when my 13 month old had an ear infection. Most urgent cares in the area won’t take someone that young. The nurse and Dr were so friendly. Highly recommend.
It was Monday morning and very busy. This did not stop the staff from being courteous, attentive and professional. Everyone took their time. Listen to why I was there ordered proper test. Everything was performed in a timely manner While waiting for test results, people checked in on me. Dr Paisan was so kind, attentive answered all my questions. Made sure I had all of the proper appointments and other specialist moving forward. A plan for me to get better. Highly recommend
